All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carrier:
All packages are shipped via The Courier Guy.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are R135 for all orders. However, we offer free shipping for orders valued at over R750.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so that you can keep track of your package's delivery status.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Poplap. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange. Please review our return policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us using the "Get Support" button on our store page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must be unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs and handling fee.

Exchanges:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you the new item within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us using the "Get Support" button on our store page within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with further instructions. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item.
